Q: Where do I log in?

A, You can log in from the human icon that appears when you open the hamburger menu in the upper left. If you are using a PC, you can log in from the human icon at the top of the page.

Q: How do I log in? Is the password complicated?

A, You can log in just by entering the code sent to your email address. There is no need to enter or reset a complex password.

About accounts

Q: How do I get an account?

A, Just register your email address. It's a simple system.

You do not need to enter personal information such as your name, address, or phone number. When purchasing, we will need your shipping address, name, phone number, etc.

Q: Where can I see your profile?

A: You can check this by going to "Profile" in the menu.

About user accounts

Q: I already have a Yurasta account. Can I log in with the same email address and password as before?

A, You can log in with just your email address. No password is required.

Q: I have a Yurasta account from before. Where can I see the information I registered previously?

A: Due to a system renewal, your account information will need to be reset.

Is the reset complicated?

A: You can reset your password by simply obtaining an email address. You can log in by entering the code that will be sent to your email address, and then reset your address and name.
