LCPM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), which operates Ulasta (hereinafter referred to as "this site"), has established the basic terms of use for this site (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") as follows. -
Article 1 Application of these Terms
These terms and conditions stipulate the matters that members specified in the following article must comply with when using this site, and apply to all relationships between our company and members. -
Article 2 Membership

2) If the Company deems it inappropriate to approve a person as a member, the Company may refuse registration. Furthermore, even if approved, the Company may revoke approval and cancel the registration.
3) Members who are already registered are prohibited from applying for duplicate membership registration.
4) We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use without prior notice to members. The revised Terms of Use will apply to all members, regardless of whether they were revised before or after the revision. The revised Terms of Use will be announced on this website. -
Article 3 ID etc.
1) When using the services provided by our company, members shall use the email address (hereinafter collectively referred to as "ID, etc.") registered with our company.
2) Members shall be responsible for the use and management of their IDs, etc., and shall not disclose or allow third parties to use them. Members shall be responsible for all actions taken in relation to the services provided by our company using their IDs, etc., and for the results thereof, regardless of whether or not the actions were taken by the Member himself/herself, or whether or not there was any negligence on the part of the Member himself/herself.
3) If a Member's ID or other information is stolen or lost, or if the Member discovers that the ID or other information is being used by a third party, the Member shall immediately notify the Company and follow any instructions given by the Company.
4) Members are not permitted to have multiple IDs, etc. In the unlikely event that a member is found to have multiple IDs, etc. through repeated membership registration, the Company may cancel the registration of that member.
5) If a member causes damage to a third party or our company through the unauthorized use of a third party's ID, etc., the member shall compensate the third party or our company for the damage caused by such unauthorized use. -
Article 4 Registration Information
1) All member registration information, including IDs, etc., will be owned and managed by our company. Member registration information includes information that is made public on this site (hereinafter referred to as "public registration information") and information that is not made public on this site (hereinafter referred to as "private registration information").
2) Our company will properly manage and handle the registered information of members, and the handling of any information among the registered information that can identify a specific individual (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") will be in accordance with the separately stipulated "Handling of Personal Information on this Site."
3) When registering information, members shall designate whether their registered information is public or private in a prescribed manner on the registration screen at their own responsibility. When a member inputs their information and applies for membership registration, they are deemed to have agreed that the registration information designated as public will be made public on this site.
4) Any damage suffered by a member as a result of the information entered by the member as public registration information being made public shall be the responsibility of the member himself/herself, and the Company shall not be held liable. Please be careful when entering public registration information.
5) Members must not provide false information regarding any of the items of registration information filled in and declared during registration.
6) If there are any changes to the address, telephone number, or other registered information, the Member shall promptly carry out the prescribed change procedures. The Member shall be responsible for any damage suffered by the Member due to failure to carry out the change procedures, and the Company shall not be liable. -
Article 5 Prohibitions for Members
When using this service, members shall not engage in any of the following acts (hereinafter referred to as "prohibited acts"), regardless of whether they are intentional or negligent. If a prohibited act is engaged in, the Company may take any measures it deems appropriate, such as deleting the part that corresponds to the prohibited act, suspending use of this service, or canceling membership without prior notice. In such cases, the Company will not accept any questions or complaints regarding these measures, and the Company shall not be responsible for disclosing the reasons.

3) Any act that infringes or uses without consent the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how), portrait rights, privacy, personal names, store names, and other rights of other members, third parties, or our company.
4) Any action aimed at using the site for organizations, services, activities, etc. that are not related to this site
5) Any act aimed at soliciting participation in organizations, services, activities, etc. that are not related to this site
6) Any act that causes inconvenience or disadvantage to other members, third parties or our company, or any act that libels or slanders or damages the reputation or credibility of these persons.
7) Any act that causes damage to the system infrastructure of this site or interferes with our operation of this site by using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses.
8) Pre-election campaigning, election campaigning or similar activities, and activities that violate the Public Offices Election Act
9) Using the Service with other members or third parties in a manner not approved in advance by the Company for the purpose of preparing such a relationship, buying and selling or other actions that create a financial interest, exchanging or giving items with no value that create an economic relationship, setting up or soliciting for a pyramid scheme, or other actions using the Site for profit-making purposes
10) Requesting services, making payments, or other actions that may suggest direct transactions without going through our company
11) Any act that is deemed to have a negative impact on minors
12) Sending direct messages, spam mail, or e-mails to unspecified members, or forcing or requesting that members read such messages, answer surveys, or forward such e-mails to other members or third parties
13) Posting any information that can identify an individual, whether that individual or a third party
14) Copying or redistributing any email from us or the content of this website without permission
15) Any act violating laws and regulations

16) Any act that the Company determines may fall under any of the above items.

Article 6: Transfer of information between members
1) We shall not be held responsible for any information exchanged between members through this site, or for any actions accompanying such information.
2) In the event that information exchanged between members through this site is infected with a virus and causes damage to our company, other members, or third parties, the member who posted the information shall compensate for such damage. Furthermore, our company shall not be held liable to the member or third parties for such damage. -
Article 7 Ownership of Rights
1) All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights and know-how) and other rights pertaining to the information posted on this Site by our Company shall, unless otherwise specified, belong to our Company or other copyright holders, and Members may not use any information obtained through the use of this Site in any manner other than that specified by our Company, unless approved by our Company.
2) If any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how) arise as a result of content posted by a Member on this Site or the services provided through this Site, all such rights shall be transferred to the Company free of charge. The same shall apply to illustrations, catch phrases, plans, and other content submitted by a Member in response to a call for submissions made by the Company through this Site or the services provided through this Site.
3) The copyright in the preceding paragraph shall include the rights specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Law.
4) Members shall not exercise their moral rights (right of publication, right to display name, right to maintain integrity) against our company or any third party that has legitimately acquired rights from our company or has legitimately received permission to use the rights.
Please note that information on this site may be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., or as a publication. However, from the perspective of protecting personal information and privacy, personal information such as names and addresses will not be made public without the member's prior consent. Article 8 Receiving and sending e-mails
1) When sending or receiving e-mails with our company as a member, the member must use the same e-mail address that he/she registered with our company.
2) We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by a Member as a result of sending or receiving mail using an email address other than the email address registered with us.
3) We have the discretion to select and decide the information to be posted on the site or included in emails we send to members.
4) When replying to an email from our company, you must reply in the manner specified by our company.
5) If a member responds in a manner other than that specified by our company, we shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the member.
6) The content of any e-mail sent by a Member is the sole responsibility of the Member. -
Article 9. Advertising of Products, etc.
Advertisements for products, etc. are created based on materials provided by the companies that sell and provide the products, etc., and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for the content of such advertisements, and Members shall acknowledge this in advance.
